Content of the training courses

The contents of our training courses are flexible. We adapt them to the level
of your operating and maintenance personnel as well as the corresponding
products.
The following special training courses are available:
1. Technical basis training (SITRAIN)
Basics of drive technology
Basic mode of operation of electrical machines and converters
Design and essential components of electrical machines and converters
2. Users and operators training (SITRAIN)
Efficient operator control and monitoring of electrical machinery and
converters
Observing limit values taking into account alarm and fault messages and
determining the necessary remedial measures
3. Maintenance training (internal training)
Planning and executing the necessary local maintenance work
Correct response in the case of a fault or when alarm messages are output
Initial analysis and determination of the causes when faults occur
Removing and resolving faults
Contacting Siemens service with a precise description of the fault
Selecting and stocking the appropriate spare parts

Carrying out the training

The training courses can be adapted to your conditions.

1. Local training in your facility as workshop training
The training course is held using the original drive or equipment
Also possible for products that are no longer included in the product range
2. Training in the Siemens factory
Training is carried out in the particular Siemens factory
Practical training carried out on demonstration models
Possibility of a factory tour with a presentation of the Siemens product
range
Meeting and exchanging experience with Siemens service contact partners
