Career Objective
I am a recent Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Education Primary graduate with high ambition to positively influence
students lives. I have a vision to be an inspirational teacher who assists in making students be the best possible version of
themselves that they can be. I strive to innovatively incorporate curriculum with student wellbeing in order to create a
harmonious, safe learning environment for my students where they are achieving all of their highest goals. Through
modeling resilience, a growth mindset, flexibility and positivity in my teaching I will coach students in how to do the same
within their own lives. I am passionate about the wellbeing of students as well as the professional development of myself;
therefore I am eager to give every available opportunity my best endeavor.

Attending training for Big Write & VCOP literacy programs. This was through a stage meeting, which gave
me the opportunity to train in VCOP literacy program delivery that I will assuredly use within my future
teaching
Planned, implemented lesson sequences incorporating APST through innovative lesson
Participated in Reading Recovery training sessions to improve my understanding of teaching reading
Assisted in the organisation of a school excursion, learning the administrative process to ensure the safety of
all students

learning activities in line with PLAN (Planning for Literacy and Numeracy) software

Collecting vast teaching resources. Casual teachers had a considerable involvement in my practicum, which
gave me the opportunity to gather a rich array of teaching resources and strategies that I now value
Attending the classs 4-day rural camp as a personal development opportunity, gaining a huge amount of
experience in implementing motivational strategies for students, life coaching aspects and health and safety
regulations for students and myself
Supporting teachers in the dance performance choreography for end of year performance (out of school
time)
Initiating a lunch time crafts session, this was put in place by me to support young students (boys and girls)
who were interested in crocheting, as well as being a coping tool for a few students that were getting bullied
during this part of the day
