A pleasant day to you. The company, Rising Phoenix Inc.is intended to conduct a construction
project of a 30-hectare shock-resistant airport, nine years of construction starting April 20, 2017
and will be finished on April 20, 2026. The company is intended to conduct this project to ease
transportation and importing and exporting of goods by the means of aircrafts, to have more job
opportunities/works and promote tourism.

The company, Rising Phoenix Incorporated is founded at the Bonifacio Global City in year 1990.
It is founded by Engineer Richard C. Meneses (1941-2001). Engr. Erick Gonzales took the place
as an Executive President when former President Engr. Meneses passed away. Rising Phoenix Inc.
holds a great history as it once become the Best Construction Company. Because of the
quality/standards of the building that company constructed was high and best. It was recognized
as the 2005 Best Constructor in the whole nation and takes the 3rd place at the International
Competition in year 2008. Rising Phoenix Incorporated commits itself to develop and build
structures such as factories and infrastructures through the unity of company stakeholders and has
vision to build infrastructures that will help in developing a better future for the next generations.

Nowadays, Rising Phoenix is one of the renown constructing company in the whole nation. This

Government, people(citizen), investors, importers and

exporters are the one who will benefit the project. They
have notice that citizens need more jobs. The province

STAKEHOLDER DEMAND needs to develop its economic and believe that tourism
AND PROJECT RELEVANCE is a best way. The province needs a faster transportation
too.
The project will increase the level of tourism and the
economic.
METHODOLOGY

Once a year a competition for engineering

students is held. Drexler Baclig as
representative of University of the Philippines,
Alex Corrado for UST, Kyzer Lagua for UP-
Diliman, and Leomar Sairez for ADMU.

A. ORGANIZATION OF THE TEAM The four math wizards represent the

Philippines for the International competition
and started to became close friends. After their
study, they organized to join a renowned
company. Engr. Baclig was chosen to be the
Team Manager as he has the potential. The
other three engineers became members of the
team led by Engr. Baclig.
The project is a construction of shock-resistant

shocks of an earthquake, and to have an airport

PUBLICATION PLAN

The newly constructed sock-resistant airport will be in the different media such as social
media, television broadcast, newspapers, radio and webpages.
