o Maintain and manage general ledger accounting functions.

o Monitoring Petty cash transactions and posting petty cash vouchers.
o Prepare, review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in
financial entries, documents, and reports.
o Review Quotation, LPO, Invoices, Receipts, Payments, Deposits, Petty
cash, journal vouchers, Purchase, sales, Debit notes, credit notes and
other accounting documents.
o Bank Reconciliation - Reconciles bank statements by comparing
statements with general ledger.
o Prepare and review Age Wise outstanding reports, Reconciliation of
receivables, payables and ensure accurate and updated debt collection
or payments.
o Ensure Stock levels in stores and maintain through monitoring stock
and liaising with stores planner for optimal replenishment and internal
stock transfer.
o Review and maintain Chart of Accounts.
o Prepare periodical financial statements such as weekly, monthly,
quarterly and yearly as per the instructions from the management.
o Manage Payroll, Leave Salary and EOSB; keep record of advances given
to staff & its recovery.
o Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures; prepare Trail
Balance, Profit and loss statements, Balance sheet and other reports as
per management demands.
o Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
