KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and

entered into by:

RORY WILLIAM D. GARCIA, of legal age, married to

Amelia Pond R. Garcia, with residence and postal address at
No. 37 Bremen St., Northfairview Subdivision, Fairview,
Quezon City, in consideration of the sum of Five Million Five
Hundred Thousand Pesos (P5,500, 000.00), to me in hand
paid by CLARA OSWIN A. OLANO, of legal age, married to
Daniel Pink F. Olano, Filipino citizen, and resident of No. 18
Matalino St., Teachers Village, Diliman, Quezon City, do
hereby sell and convey unto said Clara Oswin A. Olano, her
heirs and assigns, a parcel of land with the improvements
thereof situated in Antipolo, Rizal, and more particularly
described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 25 Blk 40 of consolidation

subdivision plan (LRC) Pcs-23496, being a portion
of the consolidation of Lots 2345-A and 2345-B
(LRC) Psd-50544, Lot 5, Psd-107331, Lot 1, Psd-
108445, LRC Rec. Nos. N-23412, N-56489, N-
10349, and 45060 situated in the Municipality of
Antipolo, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon.
Bounded on NE., point 4 to 1 by Road Lot 22, on to
the point of beginning; containing an area of two
thousand two hundred seventy five (2,275) square
meters more or less.

of which I am the registered owner in accordance with the

Land Registration Act, as amended, my title thereto being
evidenced by Original Certificate of Title No. 45678 issued by
the Register of Deed of Antipolo, Rizal.
