Seller Return Resolution Matrix

As per Product Return policy, seller must raise disputes with respect to returned order(s) within
seven calendar days of return update date. For valid disputes, sellers will be compensated as per
Seller Return Resolution Matrix described below.

Return update date is the date on which Snapdeal updates the return delivered date on seller panel.

Issue Seller Compensation for Valid Disputes


Seller receives a product different from
the product shipped
Seller receives an empty box in lieu of Seller will be reimbursed up to 100% of net seller
the product shipped payable for valid disputes
Product is lost by Snapdeal or its
logistics partners
X Categories*:
Seller will be reimbursed up to 70% of net seller
payable or INR 25,000, whichever is lower for
Seller receives a damaged product valid disputes
Seller receives a used product
Rest of the Categories:
Seller will be reimbursed up to 70% of net seller
payable or INR 7,000, whichever is lower for valid
disputes
Seller will be reimbursed up to 5% of net seller
Seller receives the product intact but
payable or INR 1,000, whichever is lower for valid
the outer packaging is damaged

For dispute issue outside these issue categories, compensation payout decision will be taken on case-to-case
basis by Snapdeal.

Eligibility criteria for seller compensation

All disputes raised by seller should be supported with relevant proofs like product image, proof of
delivery, video footage, etc. as and where applicable and requested by Snapdeal. Additionally,
Snapdeal will review relevant information such as return comments posted by customer, findings of
QC process etc. to ascertain the authenticity of disputes.

Our policies prohibit any seller action that would interfere with our ability to resolve issues of other
sellers. Examples of such seller actions include, but are not limited to, submitting insufficiently
researched or prematurely submitted requests, insufficient proofs or submitting high volumes of
requests in a short time period or having a pattern of raising frivolous disputes.
