Saudi Arabian National Organization which deals in most sophisticated equipments, machinery, national security
functions with consultancy provided on national and International levels. I was assigned a task to get VAR
certification as no one in Saudi Arabia has that before. Started with a limited time and but with management
support, got certified after the successful audit from SAP.

Taking care of overall implementation of SOLMAN and FICO modules, includes ITSM incident, problem, and
knowledge with CHARM management. Other ITIL processes are also configured for HRDF, while using FICA

Responsibilities include managing the group companies in Pakistan, Srilanka, Bangladesh and Canada region with
