RELEASE AND QUIT CLAIM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That

I, RENATO RENE U. MONTES, Filipino, of legal age, and resident of 335

M.L. Quezon Purok 5 Seaside Lower Bicutan Taguig City after having been
sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. I am an employee of M.C. RAMIRO and Associates (hereinafter

referred to as MCRA) with business address at 2423 Zamora Street, Pasay
City.

2. By these presents, I hereby state that I have voluntarily resigned to

my position as Collector effective June 1, 2017.

3. Upon proper computation made by MCRA, the penalties and fines

imposed upon me is more than my unpaid salary and commission. Nonetheless,
MCRA is willing to give the remaining uncollected salaries until May 31, 2017,
which is my last day in office.

4. Thus, I am to receive the amount of ONE THOUSAND NINE

HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR PESOS (Php1,964.00) as consideration for the service
I rendered with MCRA.

5. I hereby acknowledge the receipt of ONE THOUSAND NINE

HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR PESOS (Php1,964.00) representing the said
consideration and more importantly as a further manifestation of MCRAs
goodwill towards me and for my benefit as a result of this severance from office.

6. As such, I voluntarily and freely acknowledge that I have no claims

or right of action, whether past, present, future or contingent, of whatever kind
and nature against MCRA, its President, officers or any of its staff, that may arise
relative to my employment, acknowledging further that I have been duly paid all
my salaries, emoluments, legal benefits and the like during the my employment
and the termination of such relationship in view of my voluntary resignation.

7. I hereby also freely, voluntarily, and unconditionally waive any and

all such claims, if any, and in exercising this waiver and quitclaim, I, my heirs, or
assigns, have fully renounce any claims or right of action of whatever kind and
nature, whether past, present, future or contingent against MCRA, its affiliated
companies, directors, and officers, relative to my employment with MCRA and
the termination of such relationship in view of my voluntary resignation.

8. I affirm and confirm that I was not forced into resignation from
MCRA effective June 1, 2017.

9. I read this instrument and fully understood the same, and I have
affixed my signature hereunder voluntarily with full and complete knowledge of
the meaning, intent, and effects of this document and of my rights under existing
laws.

This instrument refers to a waiver and quitclaim consisting of two (2)

pages including the page whereon this acknowledgment is written, and they and
their instrumental witnesses have signed at the foot of the instrument.
