purpose of this document and whats its impact on the way US foreign policy
should conduct in Cold War ?

In chapter 6, there are many mentioned political leaders who were directly or
indirectly involved in bringing about the end to Cold War. In your opinion,
what should be the most critical person(s) in bringing us the collapse of Berlin
Wall. What are the roles of such leaders of your choice and on what ground
you think such leaders trump other actors in the chapter.
