This is a legal agreement between you, the end user,(either an individual or an

entity),

you agree to make this backup copy of your legal own software only in case of lost
or stolen dongle,
company license or individual purchase, solely for backup or archival purposes !
Person that delivers dongle replacement solution can not be held liable for any
losses or damages
claimed by the owner of the software of any nature caused by usage of end user of a
pirated software !
This can be only imputed to person that asked dongle backup solution !
Here by person that asked dongle backup solution agrees to pay any
compensations asked by the copyright holder in any legal case!
This backup solution is for education and demonstrative purposes only !
This backup solution is free of charge and can not be sold, any commercial purposes
other than your own use
are strictly prohibited.
ONLY IF you, the end user fully agree with this legal agreement you can use
provided dongle backup solution !
