(No need Gardex Primer if on Aluminium as it wont Rust)

Jotaetch epoxy modified etching primer,
one coat Gardex Primer premium alkyd
undercoat and two finishing coats of Gardex
Gloss/Semi Gloss fungus resisting alkyd
paint of approved colour all in accordance
to Manufacturers recommendation.
**Gardex, Hardtop XP and Pioneer Topcoat suitable to

apply on Jotaetch. Gardex EcoGloss is not suitable to apply on Jotaetch
because its inner strength is too strong.
S(ii). Metalwork (Galvanised Surface) Mid Range

Prepare and apply externally / internally
Penguard Express 2 component epoxy
coating at 125 microns and one finishing coat
of Hardtop AX 2 component aliphatic acrylic
polyurethane at 50 microns of approved
colour all in accordance to Manufacturers
recommendation.
T(iii). Metalwork (Galvanised Surface) Premium Range

Prepare and apply Jotun paint system
comprising one coat of Penguard Express 2 m MMK
component epoxy coating at 75 microns, one
coat Penguard Express MIO 2 component
epoxy MIO at 125 microns and one finishing
coat of Hardtop AX 2 component aliphatic
acrylic polyurethane at 50 microns of

system comprising one coat of Penguard m MMK
HB 2 component high build epoxy and two
finishing coats of Penguard Topcoat
2 component epoxy topcoat of approved

V. Polyurethane Coating To Wall

Penguard HB 2-pack high build epoxy and
two finishing coats of Hardtop AX 2
component aliphatic acrylic polyurethane gloss
finish topcoat of approved colour all in
recommendation.
W. Polyurethane Coating To Steel

Penguard Express ZP 2 component epoxy
zinc phosphate at 75 microns, one coat of
Penguard Express MIO 2 component epoxy
micaceous iron oxide at 75 microns and one
finishing coat of Hardtop AX 2 component
aliphatic acrylic polyurethane gloss finish
topcoat at 70 microns of approved colour all in
recommendation.
** Sandblast to SA2.5 is an additional
RM40. All fabricated steel is to be treated
with abrasive blasting to Sa2.5.Blow off
dust with high pressure air.

POWDER COATINGS
POWDER COATINGS ON ALUMINIUM SUBSTRATE

(WINDOW FRAMES, LOUVERS, HANDRAIL, DOORS & PANELS)
i) Jotun PE-F Facade (10 years warranty)
All aluminium extrusion and sheets shall be coated with CORRO-COAT PE-F Facade
Series 14 in Matt/Gloss powder coating in compliance to ROHS (Non-lead), low VOC,
Qualicoat Class 1, GSB and AAMA 2603 standard with a film thickness of minimum 60
microns all in accordance to manufacturers instruction.
ii) Jotun PE-SDF (25 years warranty)
All aluminium extrusion and sheets shall be coated with CORRO-COAT PE-SDF Series
20 in matt/gloss powder coating in compliance to ROHS (Non-lead), low VOC, Qualicoat
Class 2, GSB Master and AAMA 2604 standard with a film thickness of minimum 60
microns all in accordance to manufacturers instructions.
iii) Jotun PE-F Textured Finish (10 years warranty)
All aluminium extrusion and sheets shall be coated with CORRO-COAT PE-F Sahara
Effect Series 1301 powder coating in compliance to ROHS (Non-lead), low VOC,
Qualicoat Class 1, GSB and AAMA 2603 standard with a film thickness of minimum 60
microns all in accordance to manufacturers instruction.

iv) Jotun PE-SDF Textured Finish (25 years warranty)
All aluminium extrusion and sheets shall be coated with CORRO-COAT PE-SDF Sahara
Effect Series 2901 powder coating in compliance to ROHS (Non-lead), low VOC,
Qualicoat Class 2, GSB Master and AAMA 2604 standard with a film thickness of
minimum 60 microns all in accordance to manufacturers instructions.
v) Jotun PE-SDF Cool Shades (25 years warranty)
All aluminium extrusion and sheets shall be coated with CORRO-COAT PE-SDF Cool
Shades Collection Series 20 (TSR 0.25) in matt/gloss powder coating in compliance to
ROHS (Non-lead), low VOC, Qualicoat Class 2, GSB Master and AAMA 2604 standard
with a film thickness of minimum 60 microns all in accordance to manufacturers
instructions.
vi) Jotun Durasol (30 years warranty)
All aluminium extrusion and sheets shall be coated with CORRO-COAT Durasol/
Fluoropolymer based powder coating in compliance to ROHS (Non-lead), low VOC,
Qualicoat Class 3, GSB and AAMA 2605 standard all in accordance to manufacturers
instructions
