Show this software to Vetting Inspectors who raise queries about the Passage Plan

It is essential the Office assistant is installed . To check - HELP - SHOW THE OFFICE ASSISTANT. If not installed
follow directions which will be displayed. The following will help with using the software correctly.

Sheets AB, & D and E auto fill. On Sheet C, Abort Position information for Dep area & Tidal Info for all four areas
are drop down selectable and coloured yellow. Red "NA" indicate data that one could have filled.

Use a mouse & Keyboard with this software - Scrolling arrows will not work effectively

The mouse can only select cells where data entry is allowed.

The "Clear Voy Info incl ." button does not clear certain data which most likely will be reusable.

It is necessary to fill "Block Coefficient" & "Channel Width" wherever requested to generate Squat data.

If there are no enroute areas of concern re UKC, click the "NO" buttons provided.

If you clicked the "YES" button please enter as much information as possible for that enroute area.

All requested information to be entered for "ARRIVAL" and "DEPARTURE" areas.

"KEEL TO HIGHEST POINT", "LBP" and "BREADTH MOULDED" must be entered.

Route data must be filled and Alternate Route data filled if applicable.

A waypoint can only be added after completing Lat/ Long data in blank cells.

Course and distance are automatically calculated.

Leg data from Waypoint 1 to Waypoint 2 is entered in the row of Waypoint 2 and so on.

Changing Waypoint Position - Simply enter new Lat/ Long at that Waypoint.

Inserting Waypoint (between W PT's 10 & 11 for example)

Click "ADD WAYPOINT" button.
Select & Copy all Lat/ Long data above WPT 10
