The parties, having come to a temporary consent agreement, each parties signature
affixed hereto, the Court having read and approved same, hereby makes the following ORDER
of the Court:

The parties agree to list for sale the marital residence located at 3075 Goldmist Drive,
Buford, Gwinnett County, Georgia 30518 (hereinafter marital residence). The parties agree to
follow the protocols and procedures for the listing and sale of the marital residence as governed
by the separate Sale of Marital Residence Agreement, which is made a part of this order by
reference but shall not be attached hereto. The parties shall further split equally the cost of any
maintenance required to list the marital residence. The parties further agree that after the sale of
the marital residence and all costs of closing are paid, they will deduct $6,480.00 regarding the
Wifes claim for separate property, to be held in Wifes attorneys escrow account pending final
determination by the Court. The parties shall, after said deduction, equally split the remaining
proceeds.

The Wife shall have temporary use and possession of the marital residence until it is sold.
The parties shall equally divide the mortgage, power, gas, water, cable, lawn, and car insurance
bills. Each party is hereby ordered to remit their one half (1/2) payment into the parties joint
account no later than the 11th of every month. Husband shall thereafter pay the bills no later than
the 12th of each month. The parties shall have access to all of the billing statements associated
with the marital residence and have given each other the usernames and passwords to all
accounts so that each may view the monthly bills. In the event that a party is unable to access the
accounts with the passwords given, the other party will immediately provide documentation of
the bill. After the home is sold, neither party shall be responsible for any further costs associated

Wife shall have temporary use and possession of the battery powered weed eater, blower,
and hedge trimmer. Husband shall deliver said items to the marital residence within seven (7)

All other issues, not directly covered by this order, are reserved for Final Hearing.
