Raise your hand when you want to speak.
Be nice to your classmates.
Share toys and classroom materials.
Listen when the teacher is talking.
Walk when you are inside the classroom.
Rewards
Favorite Activity Time (individual choice)
Student must earn a determined amount of marbles
Example: Time to use the Ipad for educational games, homework pass, and sit
with a buddy pass
Favorite Activity Time (group choice)
The class as a whole must earn a determined amount of marbles
Example: Show and tell, watch a movie, extra free time
Consequences
Individual: First sad face= verbal warning
Second sad face= reflective behavior form
third sad face= seat change
fourth sad face= parent phone call
fifth sad face= parent conference
sixth sad face= parent conference with principle
Group: Loss of marbles for favorite activity time

To be completed during whole class
Preferred Activity Time.
Answer the following questions in complete sentences:
1. What did I do?
2. Why was doing that bad?
3. How does this affect the learning of other students?
4. What would have been a better thing to do?
5. What can I do to make sure I dont do this again?
