I have done my Architecture
from National Institute of
Technology, Patna.

I am having more than six years experience and having dealt with
projects of over 4,00,000 sq ft and related to Residential projects (e.g.
Studio apartments, Farm house), Pre-Engineered buildings(e.g.
Workshops and Factories);
Commercial Projects (e.g.Audi Showrooms, Mercedes Benz
Showrooms cum Workshops, IT Park) ;
and even worked for Indian Military Project CCENEP, in some of the
top military bases like Aircraft Hangers for those latest Jets and Tanks,
Re-development of military bases as per current world standard ;
GCENEP School for Nuclear Research Center –specialty school by
DAE; Commercial Complex, Mixed Use Projects, Landscape and lots of
Competition Projects.

The key strengths that I possess for success in this position includes
preparing Presentation Drawings, Preliminary Drawings, Working
Drawings, Coordinating Service Drawings, and ISO as well as Execution
on Site along with minimal Snagging achieved.

About the Project:
Hemisphere is pinnacle in premium Golf centric residential

The site is strategically located off the GT Road (National Highway-
1) in North-West Delhi with easy and direct vehicular access from
the highway as well as from the secondary road leading off the
highway towards the city. The close proximity of the highway, the
Nirankari Complex, Coronation Park (Monument) makes the site
very easy to locate.

MASTER PLAN The main hospital building is a combination of
a horizontal 8 storied Podium Block (G+7).
NIRANKARI COMPLEX
Podium block that forms the base with 4 towers
of 9 floors housing the inpatient wards (patient
rooms). This 4 tower design facilitates the
phased construction, without disturbing the
3 functioning of earlier phases. It is proposed
that the buildings of phase 1 and 2 would be
5 constructed in the first stage along with
basement for the whole building for smooth
4 transition of all phases without causing any
disturbance to patients and visitors to campus

flows well with the existing
facility without overpowering

campus, with an apparent
emphasis on landscaping
which complements the
existing Sarovar complex and
also helps in uplifting the
patients & other visitors mood.

This 4 tower design facilitates the phased construction, without disturbing the functioning of earlier phases.

1. Worked as a team lead for 2 architects & 1 3D visualizer.
2. Involved in re-designing of Concourse Area for Retail & F&B .
3. Preparing concessionaire guidelines - TDM (Tenancy design manual) to encourage
the development of retail concepts & design identity within the high quality interior environment of the terminals.
4. Preparing of Technical drawings for each units i.e. LOD (Lease out Drawings) which follows in congestion with TDM
for each units.
5. Interaction with client, consultant & vendors on almost daily basis along with frequent site visits.

Road

T3 has two levels, upper floor for departures and the lower for arrivals. Passengers that
have checked-in will pass over a bridge to the airside and will be able to look down to the
arrivals floor from the bridge. The nine-storey terminal building has two piers of 1.2km
each.

This project is a Defense Government of India project involving constructing new air base for the military
and reconstructing the existing out dated bases in the entire Northeastern India.

As an Architect /Team member, my role in this project was to deal with the various aspects of ambiguities
which raised stage by stage during the course of the project. My main part of concern in this project is the
Hangers and ancillary buildings.

This is the country's first Global Centre for


Nuclear Energy. The Centre will be set
up on priority basis at 125 acres while
80 acres will be kept for residential plots.

The main points which were noted while


designing the township are as follows.

GCNEP, TOWNSHIP & CAMPUS SITE township and the campus site
there by creating privacy in its
