Chili cheese stick

Ingredients:
Lumpia wrapper
Cheddar cheese Quick Melt sliced into match sticks
Nori wrapper
Siling haba, split and seeds removed
Strawberry jam
A dash of Aji-No-Moto Umami Super Seasoning
Water
Oil for deep frying
Chli powder
Lemon juice
Stawberries, for garnish

Procedure:
1. Ready your pan and deep fryer.
2. Slice the cheese and siling haba in half and remove seeds.
3. Slice a nori sheet that will be enough to roll the sliced chili and cheese and place in nori wrapper and
roll.
4. Transfer the rolled nori wrapper in a lumpia wrapper and wrap carefully. 5. Secure both sides and
ends of the wrapper with a mixture of cornstarch and water.
6. Deep fry until golden brown.

For sauce:
1. In a pan, dilute strawberry jam with water.
2. Add chili powder, lemon juice and Aji-No-Moto Umami Super Seasoing and serve.

Ginataang tahong

Ingredients:
2T olive oil
1tsp garlic, minced
1 red siling labuyo
1 green siling labuyo
1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
2tsp cilantro, chopped
2tsp lemon grass, chopped
1K mussels
1C coconut milk
1tsp sesame oil
Lime juice from 1 lime
Hot rice
Ajinomoto Umami Super Seasoning

Procedure:

1. In pan heat oil and add garlic, siling labuyo, ginger and emon grass.
2. Add the mussels and add the coconut milk.
Cook till all shells open.
3. Add sesame oil, lime juice and Ajinomoto Umami Super seasoning.
4. Serve in bowls with rice on the side.

Easy Tilapia Escabeche

Ingredients:
4 pcs tilapia fillets
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups of store bought sweet and sour sauce
1 red bellpepper, julienned
1 carrot small, peeled and julienned
1 tbsp ginger strips
1/2 c pineapple tidbits
Ajinomoto Umami super seasoning

Procedure:
1. Season the tilapia with salt and pepper then fry until golden brown. Set aside
2.In sme pan, combine sweet and sour sauce, bell peppers, carrots and ginger strips.
3. Sprinkle with ajinomoto umami super seasoning.
4. Add the pineapple tidbits.
5. Simmer then pour over the fish.

Easy Garlic Chicken

INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Ajinomoto Umami Super Seasoning

PROCEDURE:

1. Warm the garlic and olive oil to blend the flavors. In a separate dish, combine the bread crumbs and
Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with Ajinomoto Umami Super Seasoning.
2. Dip the chicken breasts in the olive oil and garlic mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture. Cook
in a sauté pan for 5 minutes until no longer pink and juices run clear.
