Letakkan shrink disc, torque support dan gearbox diatas shaft pin pada shaft pengger
Jika dibutuhkan,baut torque support diatas gearbox dan kencangkan baut dengan nila
Sambungkan tirque support ke bracket
2. Drive Shaft
2.a Pelepasan
Lepaskan drive
Kendorkan rantai tractor
Buka rantai tractor di dalam area drive shaft
Lepaskan Pull cord switch bracket
Lepaskan rail pelumasan
Lepaskan guide plates
Lepaskan baut dan drive shaft bearing guides
Lepaskan shims
Gunakan crane/chain block yang sesuai untuk mengangkat drive shaft dari mesin dan
Lepaskan bearing
Kendorkan shrick disc
Tarik keluar sprocket dari shaft
Kendorkan bantalan roda dan lepaskan dari drive shaft
2.b Pemasangan
Dorong/masukkan support wheel pada drive shaft, pastikan pada posisi yang tepat
Dorong/masukkan sprockets pada drive shaft
Pastikan Chain sprockets dengan shrink disc sesuai dengan posisi yang diminta pada
Pasang bearing sesuai dengan posisi yang ditentukan pada drive shaft
Gunakan crane/chain block yang sesuai untuk menempatkan rangkaian drive shaft de
Pasangkan drive shaft bearing guide dengan baut. Pastikan bearing housing terpasan
Kencangkan baut sesuai dengan nilai pengencangan yang ditentukan
Pas-kan guide plates
Pasang rail pelumasan dan hubungkan kembali semua jalur pelumasan
Pasang kembali pull cord switch bracket
 Tempatkan rantai pada sprockets dan hubungkan kembali
3. Tensioning shaft
3.1 Pelepasan
Lepaskan cover pengaman
Lepaskan Pull cord switch bracket
Kendorkan/Lepaskan hood/penutup
Kendorkan tractor chain
Buka tractor chain di dalam area tensioning shaft area
Lepaskan screw pengencang
Lepaskan baut dan tensioning shaft bearing guides
Gunakan crane/chain block yang sesuai untuk mengangkat tensioning shaft keluar da
Lepaskan bearing
Kendorkan ring untuk menarik chain sprocket dan spacer ring off the tensioning shaft
3.2 Pemasangan
Tempatkan spacer ring pada floating bearing disamping tensioning shaft
Dorong chain sprocket dan masukkan ke tensioning shaft
Tetapkan posisi chain sprocket pada tensioning shaft dengan rings
Pasang bearing sesuai posisi yang diinginkan pada shaft
