I. LOGIN/ACCOUNTACTIVATION
1. OpenmyUSTeStudentPortal(http://myuste.ust.edu.ph:8888/student).
2. EnterStudentnumberasusernameandbirthdate(mmddyyyy)aspassword.
Ex. Username: 2011001234
Password: 05251983
3. Ifaccountisnotyetactivated,youwillbepromptedtoenteravalidemailaddresstowhich
activationURLwillbesent.
4. OpenemailandclickontheURLsentbySTEPSSISSupport.
5. Onceaccountisvalidated,studentmayloginusingthesameusernameandpassword.
6. Uponfirstlogin,studentwillbepromptedtochangepassword.

II. VIEWINGOFSTUDENTINFORMATION
Clickonanyofthefollowingoptionsonthemenutab:
a. Profilecontainsstudentpersonaldetailsandacademicbackground
b. Grades courses taken with corresponding grades for each school year and
semester; NavigateusingtheSemestersAttendedontheleftside.
c. Curriculumcurrentcurriculumbeingtaken
d. CourseOfferingscoursescurrentlyofferedonyourprogram
e. mySchedulecurrentclassschedule
f. Billing/Feeslatestbillinginformation
g. ChangePasswordfacilitytochangepassword

III. ONLINEENROLMENTPROCEDURE
1. ClickonOnlineEnrolmentonthemenutab.Youmayclickontheguidelinesontheleftside
foradditionalinstructions.
2. ClickStartEnrolmenttobegin.
3. Click on the box provided for the student Conforme to PPS 1027 of the UST Student
Handbook (Code of Conduct and Discipline), Commitment to R.A. 9165and the USTDrug
FreeCampusPolicies,CommitmenttoPeaceandOrder.
4. Confirm and accept the preadvised courses by the Office of the Dean. Click Next Step
Assessment.
5. Clicktheplussign(+)toexpandandviewthedetailsofassessment.Youmayalsoprintthe
unofficial Advising/Assessment form by clicking the link Click here for printer friendly
version.
6. SelectmodeofpaymentandamounttopayeitherInstallmentorFullpayment,andthen
clickLastStepPayment.
7. Currently,paymentcanonlybedonethruBPIeitherproceedtoBPIOnlineBankingorvisit
anyBPIbranch.
8. ClaimyourRegistrationForm(FORM1)fromtheOfficeoftheDeaninthefirstandsecond
week of classes. Fill up and sign the student conforme to PPS 1027(see full description
above)andreturnthesignedportionbacktotheDeansOffice.
9. PresentyourRegistrationForm(FORM1)totheUSTIDRoom(Locatedatthegroundfloor,
TanYanKeeBuilding)fortheUSTValidationSticker.
