It has been observed that there is a demand for the purchase of concentrates in the
packing of 3 Kg as per past practice and as well as views taken from the customers. At
present we are selling the concentrates of Litchi and Guava in the packing of 7 Kg. and
loose form of concentrate @ Rs.100/- per Kg. which needs to be curtailed to maintain
hygiene and quality of the product.

In order to meet the requirement for packing in smaller unit, we have contacted Sularia
Plastics Pvt. Ltd. Panchkula who are the manufacturers to submit their offer. M/s.
Sularia Plastics Pvt. Ltd. Panchkula have submitted their offer dated 6.5.15 which may
kindly be seen vide which they have quoted the price for the supply of 3 Kg containers
@ Rs.30.00+4.2% VAT/CST (Ex-factory Panchkula) with 100% advance payment.

It is proposed that on trial basis we may purchase 200 containers of 3 Kg. from M/s.
Sularia Plastics Pvt. Ltd. Panchkula @ Rs.31.26 per piece on account of packing of
concentrate with total cost for Rs.6252.00, freight will be extra as actual.

lying in the store. Now as winter season is approaching and sale of juices are

PAJL has started Juice cum Snacks Bar at IOC Petrol Pump, Sec-79, Mohali in

area is very thinly populated. The Vendor has informed that he tried his best to
