1. INTRODUCTION
The main text should include: Introduction, Materials and Method, Results and
Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgements (if any) and References. Please do not
alter the formatting and style layouts which have been set up in this template document. As
indicated in the template, papers should be prepared in single column format suitable for
direct printing onto A4 paper (192mm x 262mm). Margins: Top, Bottom, Right 25 mm,
Left 35 mm. Do not number pages on the front, as page numbers will be added separately
for the preprints and the Proceedings. The minimum length of any contributions will be 6
printed pages. The maximum length will be 10 printed pages.
All tables should be numbered with Arabic numerals. Headings should be placed
above tables, 10 pt, centered. Leave one line space between the heading and the table. Only
horizontal lines should be used within a table, to distinguish the column headings from the
body of the table, and immediately above and below the table. Tables must be embedded
into the text and not supplied separately. The figure number and caption should be typed
below the illustration in 10 pt, centered. Equations and formulae should be typed and
numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals in parentheses on the right hand side of the
page (if referred to explicitly in the text).
Begin with a concise introduction by outlining the purpose of the research and
making reference to previous relevant publications. Mention any limitation or gap in
existing knowledge related to the study in question. Do not review the subject
extensively and do not include data or conclusion from the work reported.

2. RESEARCH METHOD
Describe precisely the materials/subjects used. Identify the methods, apparatus and
procedures used in sufficient detail so as to allow other workers to replicate the study.
Give references to established methods, including statistical methods. Provide references

and brief descriptions for methods that have been published but are not well known.
Describe new or modified methods and give reasons for using them and evaluate their
limitations.

3. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

Results should be presented with clarity and precision. The results should be
written in the past tense when describing findings in the author(s)'s experiments. Results
should be explained, but largely without referring to the literature. The Discussion should
interpret the findings in view of the results obtained in this and in past studies on this topic.
The Results and Discussion sections can include subheadings, and when appropriate, both
sections can be combined.

3.1. Equations

Equations are to be numbered consecutively throughout the paper. The equation

number, in parentheses, should be placed flush with the right-hand margin of the column.
When possible, use an equation editor. Equations and formulae should be typed and
numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals in parentheses on the right hand side of the
page (if referred to explicitly in the text),

They should also be separated from the surrounding text by one space.

3.2. Figures and tables

Hand-written lettering on figures is not acceptable. The use of color in figures and
photos is recommended but please keep in mind that total file size never exceeds 2 MB.
Figures and tables should include captions or titles and any color is possible. The figures
and table should be numbered consecutively.

When possible the table data should be centered within a single column. If there is
not enough space left on the page to allow for your table, end your page and continue on
the next page. The title for figures and tables should be written aligns left and avoids using
bold, italic and underline. The content of the table should be written in font 9 (Times new
roman).

4. CONCLUSIONS
Link the conclusions to the goal of the study but avoid unqualified statements and
conclusions not supported by your data.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
Acknowledgements where applicable should be included at the end of the text.
This should be kept to a minimum.

REFERENCES
References should be carefully checked, as their accuracy is the responsibility of
the author(s). In the text, references should be numbered sequentially in order of citation

paper using the following format:
