SYNOPSIS The aim of this course is to provide students with the important
principle of mathematics for engineering application. Mathematics is
an important element required by students in order to solve a
particular engineering problem. Concepts of functions, limits, vector
algebra, differentiation and integration are covered.

LEARNING By the end of this course, students will be able to:

OUTCOMES o Apply mathematically five main concepts of functions and
limits.
[CT]
o Express graphically and numerically two vector algebra, and
vector treatment of the geometry of lines and planes. [C2]
o State proper techniques of various differentiation and
integration. accurately [P2]
o Solve fundamentals engineering problems (electronic circuits
and kinetics) correctly by using diverse calculus and algebra
method introduced in functions, limits, vector algebra,
differentiation and integration. [A2]
