and o make certain other consequenli~lprovisions;

11 is hereby cnacted as follows:-

1. ( I ) This Acl may bc called thc West Bengal Denlisrs (Repealing) Shon rirle.

3. ( I ) The Bengal Dcnrisls Act, 1939 is hercby repealcd. Repral or

(2) All properties vcstcd in the Board immediately beforc the *'Ior1939.

(3) The offjcers (including clerks bul excluding the Rcgisrrar)

and servanls of the Board appointed under section 9 of Ihc Bengal.
