workshop. Replacing composite parts are
expensive to replace. Moisture ingress and
mechanical damage are constant challenges we

Our proficiency in fabrication of composite
structures encompasses molding, forming,
bonding, and finishing processes for the aerospace,
automotive, marine, and medical equipment
industries. Our facilities are capable of a full range
of techniques, from ambient wet layup through
high temperature/high pressure curing.
Coupled with our advanced tooling development
capabilities, we can produce high-quality
masters, durable production tooling and finished
manufactured products working directly from
customer drawings and specifications, mockups,
sketches, and conceptual ideas.
The recent additions of NDT inspections and
training to our offerings encompass magnetic
particle, ultrasonic, eddy current, penetrant, and
radiography. Most services and training can be
performed either in-house or off-site.
3-D Scanning
With one of the largest furnaces in Southwestern
U.S., ST Aerospace now performs heat treatment
of aluminum alloys in compliance with BAC 5602,
DPS 7.00, and AMS 2770. With internal working
dimensions of 120 x 50 x 27, we are the provider
of choice for your aluminum heat treat needs, both
large and small.
