Application For Summoning The Witnesses In Defence

Sir,

It is submitted as under:-

1. That the above noted case is pending in this Honble Court and is fixed up
for today for defence evidence.

2. That in the above noted case, accused/applicant wants to summon below

witnesses which are very much necessary for the just decision of the case:

1) MHC of Police Station Patran along with DDR Register and Register
no. 19 from dated 15/1/2014 to 30/01/2014

2) MHC of Police Post Tharua along with DDR Register and Register no.
19 from dated 15/1/2014 to 30/01/2014

3) Drive of Govt Vehicle PB11-Y-8119 along with log book from dated
dated 15/1/2014 to 30/01/2014

3. That the above witnesses are very much necessary for the just decision of
the case.

It is therefore prayed that the application may kindly be accepted and

the above noted witnesses may kindly be summoned in Defense in the
interest of justice.
