INTRODUCTION

The present work of understanding text, diagrams of customer focus

and needs of the actors in the logistics network, covers a topic of
great interest in general; at present the companies give more
interest in how we must direct and manage leaving the customer
unnoticed that in itself is our objective.
Customer focus is the first principle on which the quality
management system is based, the quality policy, the quality
objectives, are defined and fixed following the basic principle of
customer focus.
We also work on a conceptual diagram about the actors in the
logistics.

3
GENERAL OBJECTIVE

Identity the needs in terms of operational and technological resources for the
execution of logistics operations, integrating them with others areas of the
organization

SPECIFIC GOAL

1. Determine the needs of the client through processes of study and research to
identify them and thus satisfy them.

2. Identity our main objective the client, taking into account their needs
expectations and requirements in order to satisfy them.

DEFINITIONS OF LOGISTICAL ACTORS

provisioning: can have a decisive influence on the functioning of a company.

Procurement logistics is a key activity in the supply chain. It can have a decisive
influence on the functioning of a company depending on how it is man

client: is the person or company that uses the services of a professional or

company to acquire a good or service, in exchange for money or other
valuables

supplier: a supplier may be a person or a company that supplies other

companies in stock, which will be transformed for sale later or directly bought
for sale

purchasing: selection of suitable suppliers to purchase the good quality

product

raw materials: are called the material extracted from nature and transformed to
produce materials that will later be transformed into consumer goods.

orders: The order is the purchase request that a customer makes to a supplier
to supply the goods or services requested. It is the document requesting the
supply of certain goods or services.

reception: of goods not only has the task of receiving the shipments of the
supplier, but also has the responsibility of entering them in the quantity quality
and agreed conditions to verify that the types of articles their variety and
quantity coincide with the orders issued by the purchasing department.

physical resources: The physical resources of companies are all tangible

assets held by the company, which are likely to be used for the achievement of
the objectives of the same examples; Land, offices, automobiles, machinery,
inputs for production, etc.

human resources: The Human Resources function is generally composed of

areas such as recruitment and selection, hiring, training, administration or
management of the personnel during the stay in the company.

6
inventory: they refer to the way in which inventories are handled. The
allocation of input inventories to the storage points against the exit to the
storage points by means of inventory rules represent two strategies

cost: The cost or cost is the economic expense that represents the
manufacture of a product or the provision of a service. In determining the cost of
production, you can set the retail price in question

storage: The general objective of a warehouse management is to ensure the

continuous and timely supply of the materials and means of production required
to ensure the services in an uninterrupted and rhythmic manner.

DISTRIBUTION: In particular, distribution logistics is related to the function that

allows the transfer of the final products (either goods or services) and makes
them available to the customer. The distribution channel is the one that enables
the user to obtain the product in the right place, time and quantities.

TRansportation: The transportation system is the most important component

for most organizations, because the success of a supply chain is closely related
to its proper design and use. Transport is responsible for moving finished
products, raw materials and inputs, between companies and customers that are
geographically dispersed,

strategy: a planning of something that is proposed by an individual or group. Or

corporate strategy, a set of actions that align the goals and objectives of an
organization

customers or consumers: It is the person or organization that acquires,

realizes or enjoys goods, products or services. Vital part of the supply chain,
because these are the raison d'tre of the business.

retailers: It is a Merchant who sells retail or retail merchandise. It is the point of

direct contact with the customer or final consumer, therefore it is necessary to
offer an optimal service and an adequate presentation of the product to offer.

7
CONCLUSIONS

As we see all actors in the logistics chain, are intertwined and currently one of
the most sought after by all companies is the greater efficiency at the lowest
cost, without leaving aside the standards of quality and customer service as it is
a Key point for the company

If there is a solid foundation in all links, the impact of changes in external

markets will be less traumatic for the development of activities. A supply chain
that has a high level of development will be flexible and will have standardized
processes that can be adapted quickly and efficiently to the situations of new
markets.
