Storage area should be protected from degeneration reasons below.

- Water
- Water vapour
- Salt-laden atmosphere
- All kinds of pollution
- Microorganisms

Do not keep equipment in a place that has extreme temperature change. Be sure that there is no
harmful vapour, especially SO2 gas in the surrounding air.

Special instructions for 0-6 months storage

Packaging with plastic film

Check the package regularly (should not be left space between equipment and package)
- Could be done by the customer.
During the unpacking: check mechanical function by starting ten times.
- Could be performed by trained persons and certified organizations.
Check the electrical performance of bobbins. It should be minimum 85% of nominal voltage.
- Could be performed by trained persons and certified organizations.

Special instructions for 6-12 months storage

Check whether there are silica gel bag and packing sheet which provides thermal insulation or not.
Check the package regularly (should not be left space between equipment and package)
- Could be done by the customer.
During the unpacking: Reconstitute the dried grease with neutral vaseline.
- Could be performed by trained persons and certified organizations.
Check mechanical function by starting ten times.
- Could be performed by trained persons and certified organizations.
Check the electrical performance of bobbins. It should be minimum 85% of nominal voltage.
- Could be performed by trained persons and certified organizations.

Special instructions for 12-24 months storage

Check whether there are silica gel bag and packing sheet which provides thermal insulation or not.
Check the package regularly (should not be left space between equipment and package)
- Could be done by the customer.
Refresh the desiccant packs regularly.
- Could be done by the customer.
Perform low level maintenance during the unpacking.
- Could be performed by trained persons and certified organizations.
Check mechanical function by starting ten times.
- Could be performed by trained persons and certified organizations.
Check the electrical performance of bobbins. It should be minimum 85% of nominal voltage.
- Could be performed by trained persons and certified organizations

3. INSTALLMENT INSTRUCTION

3.1. Preparing cubicles for board assembly

Devices which are always referred to ;

-Disconnector is in the opened and earthing


position.
-Circuit breaker is in the opened position
And spring is not charging.

Lift the cover up and pull toward you


to remove.After that remove the base
pallet.

To remove the top sheet, unplug bolts and lifting rings.

3.2. Connection of terminating sheets

Terminating sheets always be mounted to the first


and last cubicles.

Cubicles are connected to each other with


4xM10 bolts, nuts and washers.

4. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

4.1. Controls before energised

Please check carefully that there isnt any forgotten foreign


body in the cubicle .

Replace the front cover.

4.2. Voltage Indicator

Input cubicle:
Lamps of the voltage indicator must be turned on
when cables have been energised.
Output cubicle:
Lamps of the voltage indicator must be turned on
when the CB and DS is closed..

4.3. Testing of the phase compatibility

4.4. Operations of earthing and circuit break

To open the earthing, turn the handle in To close the earthing, turn the handle in

Insert the handle as shown in figure.

4.5. Circuit break experiments before the energised

The initial conditions:

The DS is opened and in the earthing position. The CB is opened and locked.

4.6. The energised of the cubicle

The initial conditions:

The front cover is closed.


The DS is opened and in the earthing position.
The CB is opened and locked.

4.9. Padlocking

5. TAKING THE CIRCUIT BREAK OUT OF THE CUBICLE

You should be make processes below, before taking the circuit break out of the cubicle.

- Open the circuit break and lock it in this position.


- Insert the key which took from the CB hole, to the DS hole and open the DS.
- Unlock the earthing.

After cutting off the energy of the cubicle, maket he following process respectively;

1- Remove the front cover

4- Remove the flexible busbars from the CB after unbolting the secrews which are
indicated in the Picture.
After those processes you can remove the CB out of the cubicle by pulling..

6. TAKING THE CIRCUIT BREAK INTO THE CUBICLE AGAIN
Make the processes in the previous section respectively by starting from reverse. ( 5,4,3,)

After taking the circuit break into the cubicle, make sure that the CB must be fitted to the place
shown in the Picture.
