Results:

Hypothesis:
H1: if organization will give rewards, recognition and appreciation to the employee,
employees retention will increase.

In the table of correlation of reward and employee retention sig. value is 0.000, it means
Ho hypothesis is rejected, and H1 is accepted because there is some relationship
between reward and employee retention.

H1: if organization will give good workplace environment to the employee, employees
retention will increase

In the table of correlation of work place environment and employee retention sig. value
is 0.000, it means Ho hypothesis is rejected, and H1 is accepted because there is some
relationship between work place environment and employee retention.

H1: if organization will give training opportunities to the employee, employees


retention will increase

In the table of correlation of training opportunity and employee retention sig. value is
0.000, it means Ho hypothesis is rejected, and H1 is accepted because there is some
relationship between training opportunities and employee retention.

H1: if organization will allow employees to participate in decision making employees


retention will increase.

In the table of correlation of participation of employees and employee retention sig.


value is 0.000, it means Ho hypothesis is rejected, and H1 is accepted because there is
some relationship between participation of employees in decision making and employee
retention.
H1: if the employee satisfaction will increase employee retention will also increase.

In the table of correlation of employees satisfaction and employee retention sig. value is
0.000, it means Ho hypothesis is rejected, and H1 is accepted because there is some
relationship between employees satisfaction and employee retention.

Limitations and delimitations:


Due to limited resources this study is limited to only few private and government
organizations and therefore data is collected from small population size. If the
longitudinal method was used in this research then there were more opportunities to
collect more data on large level.

Ethical considerations:

The following ethical issues are kept under consideration during the research process.

The individual was briefed about the nature of the study.


Informed consent form was signed from the participant before they engage in
research in order to protect the participant right. This consent includes the
following

The right to participate voluntary and withdraw at any time.


Tell the purpose of the study.
Tell the procedure of the study.
Permission to record the interview.
Signature of both the participants.

Information was provided to the participant about all aspects, objectives and
outcomes of the research.
Time was adjusted before in order to avoid any interruption in the flow at
research site.
It was make sure to the participant that the name of the participant will not be
shown to avoid any harmful consequences for them.
Polite language was used so that the participants will feel easy.

Conclusion:
In this research on the topic of factors affecting on employee retention in educational
sector, relationship between different factors which can affect the employee retention
in educational sectors has been done, like affect of reward and recognition, affect of
workplace environment, affect of employee participation, affect of employee training
and affect of job satisfaction on employee retention. The data has been collected from
the teachers of different educational sectors and relationship of all factors has been
finding by putting data in spss. And on the basis of relationship the conclusion is that all
these independent factors has very high affect on the employee retention which is
dependent factor which is employee retention. If company will give reward, good
workplace environment, and high employee participation and provide valuable training
to the employees then the employee satisfaction will increase which will ultimately
cause increase in employee retention.
