INTRACRANIAL NEUROENDOSCOPY

a hands-on training course for endoscopic

neurosurgery

12 - 14 July 2017 | Berlin

22 - 24 November 2017 | Tuttlingen
Germany
Neuroendoscopy has become an accepted diagnostic and
therapeutic tool for aneurysms, tumours, hydrocephalus
and other intracranial lesions.
Neurosurgeons and residents in neurosurgery have
expressed an interest in the technical advances in
neuroendoscopy and the variety of operative techniques
that are available for treating patients.

PREFACE
This three-day course will be conducted by pioneering
surgeons, who will address the theoretical basis of
neuroendoscopy, endoscopic anatomy and clinical appli-
cations of neuroendoscopy. Models and cadavers will be
used to simulate procedures in a hands-on laboratory
setting. These procedures will include management of
complex hydrocephalus, intraventricular tumour removal
and endoscopic transsphenoidal surgery. Course attend-
ees will have the benefit of expert colleagues providing
direction and answering questions specific to these
minimally invasive approaches.
