Ekonomi, Peran Ganda, Tempat Tinggal Dan Terkait Interaksi Sosial

ABSTRAK

Stres merupakan segala masalah atau tuntutan penyesuaian diri, oleh

karena itu stres dapat mengganggu keseimbangan dan menimbulkn reaksi yang
ada pada tubuh baik secara fisiologis maupun psikologis. Tujuan penelitian ini
adalah Untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat stres single parent terkait ekonomi,
peran ganda, tempat tinggal dan interaksi sosial di Desa Lerep Kecamatan
Ungaran Barat Kabupaten Semarang.
Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Populasi dalam
penelitian ini adalah semua single parent yang masih memiliki anak tanggungan
dan peran ganda di Desa Lerep Kecamatan Ungaran Barat Kabupaten Semarang
yang berjumlah 102 single parent. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah dengan
cara simple random sampling yang berjumlah 51 single parent. Hasil penelitian di
dapatkan sebagian besar responden mengalami stres tertinggi terkait ekonomi
yakni dalam kategori stres berat sebanyak 33 orang (64,7%), sedangkan stres
terkait peran ganda dalam kategori sedang sebanyak 38 orang (74,5%), stres
terkait tempat tinggal dan interksi sosial dalam kategori ringan yakni sebanyak 28
orang (54,9%) mengalami stres terkait tempat tinggal, dan sebanyak 42 orang
(82,4%) mengalami stres terkait interaksi sosial.
Saran kepada single parent sebaiknya mengatur koping dengan baik
terhadap stres terutama stresor terkait masalah umum yang di hadapi single parent
yakni stressor terkait ekonomi peran ganda, tempat tinggal dan interaksi sosial.

The Description of Stress Levels in Single Parent in Association with

Economic, Multiple Roles, Residence and Social Interaction

ABSTRACT

Stress is a form of an adaptation do a problem or requirement, which can

disrupt the balance and causes some reactions on the body both physiologically
and psychologically. The purpose of this study was to find the description of
stress levels in single parent in association with economic, multiple roles,
residence and social interaction at Lerep Village West Ungaran Sub-district
Semarang Regency.
This was a descriptive study. The population in this study was all single
parents with dependent-child or children and have multiple roles at Lerep Village
West Ungaran Sub-district Semarang Regency as many as 102 people. The data
sampling in this study used the simple random sampling method to 51
respondents. The results of this study indicated that most respondents had the
highest level of stress in association with the economic in the category of severe
stress as many as 33 respondents (64.7%), while the stress level in association
with the multiple roles was in the category of medium as many as 38 respondents
(74.5%), the stress level in association with the residence and social interaction
was in the category of mild as many as 28 respondents (54.9%) and 42
respondents (82.4%), respectively.
The single parents should manage the proper coping with stressors in
association with the common problems faced by them including the stressor of
economic, multiple roles, residence, and social interaction.
