AFFIDAVIT OF FULL RETIREMENT

I, Pedrico Tally, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Davao City,

Philippines and in my capacity as duly authorized representative of ACE5
VENTURES CORPORATION after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law, hereby depose and say, that:

1. That I am the manger and a Treasurer of ACE5 VENTURES

CORPORATION

2. That of ACE5 VENTURES CORPORATION failed to earn income since it

started, thus, the corporation has decided to stop operation and cut losses;

3. That of ACE5 VENTURES CORPORATION has stopped its business

operation since May 2, 2017 and has not received any income from such
operation;

4. Pursuant to the Decision of the Board of Directors and all stockholders of

of ACE5 VENTURES CORPORATION, the business has been fully retired.

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest the veracity of my statements and for

the purpose of applying for full retirement and business closure of the
corporation with BIR, Business Bureau, SSS, PAG-IBIG, Philhealth and
other related government agencies;
