1. Scientific Leadership - I want an update from all of you regarding the efforts you have made to defend your
Hepatitis & Retrovirus Business

2. Competition - Roche & Sysmex focus. I will want a detailed update on the target list you all have.

3. IMX & Cell Dyn retirement program - what have you done so far, where are you now, and what will you do for the
next quarter

4. BUSINESS REVIEW ( FULL ) - Attached is the latest sheet that you must all use to
run the BUSINESS Review, NOT Monthly Update,

a. I expect to see an update between our prospect list made for plan and your
opportunities in Phoenix.

b. I will need you all to fill out the pages or tabs below :
nbrB - detailed commentary please, compare your prospects with the list
above
br10 - Make sure you use actual sales up to the 30th April 2008. Make sure
you read the comment boxes for help
br03,01 - Please comment on your market share for instruments and assays
br06 - Add comment only for your top 5 customers.
ubrC - The charts DO NOT contain date from your phoenix database, so
you must enter the data from APL sales pages
br07 - Please state what changes have been made in your business,
remember to make all new business that you include yearly numbers, do not give monthly numbers.
br08 - All YELLOW cells must be corrected because the test of record date
does not relate to Phoenix. You must nake sure the date is correct.
ubrE - For planned activity, include May, June, July & August. I EXPECT A
LOT OF DETAIL HERE
ubrF - Please explain what is needed to be successful, resources, help from
me or management, pricing policies etc
ubrG - Sales Managers, please validate the business review and add
