General Volunteer Agreement

1. PARTIES TO AGREEMENT

BETWEEN: CODE5 Gaming part of Santy ICT with registration number BE0835.563.641, run,
represented and owned by Jeffrey Santy (hereafter known as the owner, in general the CODE5
Gaming, the Community) located at the following address:

2. COMMENCEMENT

3. CONFIDENTIALITY

3.1 The Volunteer acknowledges that, throughout the term of this Agreement or his activities with
CODE5 Gaming, he may, by reason of performing his duties, have access to certain confidential
information specifically relating to the operations and activities of the Community, its players
and players information, its websites, its servers, marketing, restricted internet sites or parts and
other services offered by the Community and the owner in general.

3.2 Consequently, the Volunteer agrees, throughout the term of this Agreement and at all times
following the termination thereof for any reason whatsoever, to, neither disclose, use, communicate,
reveal nor make available to any person whomsoever in any manner whatsoever, any Confidential
Information produced or held by the Community unless it is in the performance of his work with,
and to the exclusive benefit of the Community.

3.3 If the Volunteer is required by applicable law or court order to disclose any Confidential
Information, he shall first notify the owner in acceptable communication forms in advance so as to
provide the owner with reasonable opportunity to seek to prevent such disclosure or to seek to obtain
a protective order for such Confidential Information.

3.4 Not limited to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any information relating to
any secret, invention, way of working, know-how, sources, technique, users list, usage policy,
site/server/user access and passwords, source code and other programming sources and detail
respecting the specific needs of the Community's users/players/staff shall be deemed Confidential
Information.

4. POSITION

Your position is voluntary. You agree that you do not expect to be remunerated for work performed
as a Volunteer. The principal duties are as set out in the job descriptions available at the
Community's websites. It is accepted that the Community can change these without notice. Page 1 of

5. REMUNERATION/BENEFITS

You agree to work without financial reward. You will be reimbursed for actual, reasonable expenses,
incurred in the course of your duties, which have been authorized in advance by the owner.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

You agree to adhere to, accept and follow the Community's Policies, Regulations and Procedures as
set out in the Staff Rules and User Policies. You agree to be responsible for:
Understanding the mission, goal and vision of the Community.
Interacting with the end users in general as a representative of the Community.
Any damage you inflict on others while performing your duty that may occur.
The safety of you own account(s) both inside the Community and outside the Community
that may hold Community related information.

7. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

Unless prior written agreement is obtained from the Community, copyright and any similar
proprietary rights in all work done, as a Volunteer with the Community will belong to and forever be
the property of the Community. The Volunteer accepts, without restriction and without reservation,
not to hold back any work done for the Community from the Community for any reason whatsoever.
The Volunteer agrees to provide the Community with the work done when requested to or will do
this on a regular basis as agreed to.

8. RESOLUTION OF PROBLEMS

You can raise matters with any kind of manager. If the matter is not resolved to the satisfaction of
either party you can contact the owner (or equivalent as) of the Community.

9. PREVIOUS & FUTURE ARRANGEMENTS

This Agreement replaces all previous agreements whether express or implied. The Volunteer accepts
that changes can be made to the Agreement. Both parties agree that the latest version of the
Agreement provided on the Community's website is in effect. It's the Community's responsibility to
provide updates and the Volunteer's responsibility to check for updates.

10. SEVERABILITY

Should any section, phrase, paragraph or part of this Agreement be deemed unenforceable for any
reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall neither amend the remainder of
this Agreement nor render it void.

11. GOVERNING LAW

a. This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with legislation in effect in
the territory of WEST-VLAANDEREN (West-Flandria) province of Belgium and with any law of
Belgium's applicable therein.

b. This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of
Belgium, regardless of the laws that might otherwise govern under applicable principles of conflicts
of laws thereof, except to the extent the laws of the European Union are mandatorily applicable to
the Merger.

The undersigned hereby releases the Community and its directors, managers, officers, partners,
agents, employees, successors, assigns, licensees, sponsors, donors, representatives, guests, users
and affiliates from and covenants not to sue the Community for, any and all claims and causes of
action, whether known or unknown, arising out of, based upon or relating to the participation as a
volunteer or in any related activity or project.

13. SUCCESSORS

This Agreement shall inure to the Community's benefit, as well as to the benefit of possible
successors. The Community reserves the right to change the community's name at any time.

14. IDENTITY

The Volunteer agrees to provide accurate information about his own identity to the owner. The
Volunteer will proof his identity by the use of an official document deemed acceptable by the owner
such as a drivers license, passport/identity card, utility bill,

15. TERMINATION

The Volunteer understands that the CODE5 Community reserves the right to terminate the volunteer
contract at any time if the actions of the Volunteer fail to comply with the above responsibilities.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each party to this Agreement has caused it to be executed online, on the date
indicated above, with the penalty of reimbursing damage claims either financial or emotional.

PARENT OR GUARDIAN AUTHORIZATION FOR MINORS:
I, the undersigned, parent or legal guardian of the child mentioned above, wish to allow my minor child to
volunteer to the services of CODE5 Community and obliged my child to follow this Agreement.

I have read the foregoing Agreement and Release and I hereby give my express consent to the execution of
this Agreement and Release and I will not revoke my consent.

I take the responsibility if my child fails to comply.
