DEED OF ACQUITTANCE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

Mr. A, herein pledgee of legal age, single, Filipino, with residence at 88 Concepcion, Pequena,
Naga City;

and ;

Ms. B, herein pledgor, of legal age, single, Filipino, with residence at Penaranda St., Legaspi City;

Do hereby mutually and voluntarily agree to the following:

That a 24 carat diamond with a market value of P100,000; after twicely failed to be bought at a
public auction, shall be released by the pledgee and be subjected to the appropriation of the pledgor in
the settlement of the obligation to pay the loan in the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(P100,000);

That said parties on account of the foregoing shall be released from any claims arising from the
loan and from the pledge.
