Each cat/kittens temperament is completely different. At Kitty Kat Angel Rescue, we do our best to try
and match foster carers/families to the best suited cat/kitten to them via lifestyle, activity levels and
expectations. PLEASE do not feel offended by this application, we want to do our best to ensure that
you and your foster kitty/s are suited to each other. All foster carers are screened and will require a
initial home visit before application will be accepted.

Terms for Adoption

I/we hereby understand and agree to the following terms for foster caring for Kitty Kat Angel
Rescue.

1. Cat/kittens are to remain indoors at all times and kept separate from other
pets/animals.
2. Kitty Litter trays are to be cleaned at least twice a day.
3. To provide proper and sufficient food, water, shelter and humane protection as the
pet may require whilst it is in my care.
4. To provide a loving and nurturing home for cat/kittens at all times.
5. That all property that is owned by Kitty Kat Angel Rescue is to be returned
undamaged condition including all paperwork and medications.
6. To waive all claims against Kitty Kat Angel Rescue for injury or property damage
arising in anyway related to the fostering of said pet; and
7. To respect applicable local animal control laws.
8. Keep all housing areas for kitten clean and hygienic.
9. Pens/Enclosures are to be clean at least weekly.
10. That all KKAR animals are to remain only at the above address on this form.
