    P5 will be added everytime a student violates
    repeatedly)

    Bringing of gadgets:
    1st offense -1 day confiscation & P20 payment
    2nd offense - 1 week confiscation & P50 payment
    3rd offense - confiscation (until march) & P50
    payment
