FOR DESIGN AND RESIDENT CONSTRUCTION
SUPERVISION OF HIGH RISE RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS AND PKLI BAZAR (PACKAGE-C) at
PAKISTAN KIDNEY & LIVER INSTITUTE LAHORE
Infrastructure Development Authority of Punjab (IDAP) intends to pre-qualify
Architectural/Engineering firms for Design and Resident Construction Supervision of High Rise
Residential Buildings and PKLI Bazar (Package C) having total covered area of approximately
500,000 sft at Lahore with the following scope of works, subject to any modifications by the
Client:
o Data Collection, Survey & Investigation
o Concept/Schematic Design
o Detailed Design / Working Drawings and Tender Documents, Bid Evaluation Report
o Resident Construction Supervision including Quality/Quantity Assurance
o Measurements of works, billing and verification/certification of IPCs
o Any other additional task related to execution of work
The interested firms are required to furnish application along with the following
information:
o Name and address of company and branch office/s if any
o Status of the firm (i.e. proprietorship or a Limited Company) with name of principal
person(s)
o In case of a joint venture, an MOU between the parties on stamp paper would be
required
o Organizational setup and list of technical/permanent staff along with their
qualification and experience
o Registration with professional bodies like PEC & PCATP
o General and specific experience of the firms
o List of similar works (local/international) already completed in last 10 years,
indicating their quantum/cost
o National Tax Number (NTN) along with the copy of income tax return
o Performance certificates from the Clients
o Annual turnover of the firms for last three years ending June 30, 2015
o Affidavit that the company has never been black listed by any Government
agency nor involved in any litigation with any Government agency
o Bank certificates of financial standing
o Any other information in support of capability and experience of the firms
Interested Consultants may inspect the PQ notice & Document on the Punjab Procurement
Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Websitehttp://ppra.punjab.gov.pk or on the Infrastructure
Development Authority Punjab (IDAP) website http://idap.punjab.gov.pk.
Prequalification document may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Rs.2000/- from the address given below any day before the closing of bids during office hours.

The Prequalification Document, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the PQ

document, must reach at Ground Floor, 7 C-I, Gulberg-III, Lahore on or before 23rd April 2016 no
later than 3:00 pm PST. The PQ Documents will be opened on the same day at 3:30 pm PST.
