82 Presentation of Operational Dashboard: (Period covered: May 2017)

86 PSUPT STA MARIA, C, DLD, presented their Operational Dashboard
87 report for the month of May 2017, he also discussed the number of all
88 inventoried, maintained issued vehicles from January to May of the same year.
89 ADDDA asked C, DLD regarding on the percentage he showed, if possible
90 make it a 100% on their next presentation. While on the otherhand, CDDS
91 questioned the format of the Operational Dashboard regarding the months
92 wherein he pointed out it should place accordingly and must be aligned with the
93 year 2017.
94 Furthermore, ADDDA reminded all the presenters to review their reports
95 first and let it be checked by DPSMU personnel, in order to have a standard
96 format. Moreover, C, DLD emphasized the changes and development on the
97 number of distributed short firearms to all QCPD personnel as well as the
98 improved conduct of inventories which is regularly submitted to the region for
99 proper documentation. CDDS also added that there should be a policy in the
100 submission of reports to the R4, all must be signed first by our District Director.
101 ADDDA also reminded everybody to provide photocopy of their reports, routed
102 to the command group before submission. However, ADDDO reiterated
103 highlighting the QCPDs strengths prior to the Best Practices for we have gained
104 full support from the LGU.

109 PSINSP TAQUEBAN discussed the granting of awards and recognition of
110 deserving QCPD personnel and the increased of their target by 5% from the
111 actual of the year 2016.
112 However, ADDDA, DDDO and CDDS suggested simplifying and following
113 the format from the region. ADDDA also added that activities should be detailed

114 and specific for according to him, there might be an instance that it may come
115 across into the attention of the congress and might possibly allocate budget for it.
116 DDDO, suggested reaching 100% for the award, he also reiterated
117 to PSINSP TAQUEBAN not to put target if beyond their capacity to attain.
118 Moreover, CDDS advised the latter to check the primary drivers, while ADDDA
119 reiterated to coordinate first with the RPSMU for the standard format. In addition
120 to that, SDS also reiterated that once the objective and drivers are incorrect, all
121 of its substance is already useless. ADDDA also advised to use a hyperlink prior
122 to the quarters or the months to be presented.
123 CDDDS directed all focal persons to settle the format and other
124 corrections prior to their presentation, he also directed that there should only be
125 one review to be conducted and it should be Operations Review only.

128 VII. GUIDANCE AND CONCERN
129 ADDA appreciated the efforts of D-Staffs and TWG members. Further, he
130 suggested to DPSMU to review the format and corrections. He also advised everybody
131 to learn from their mistake to avoid committing the same next time around, for it was not
132 the format that we are struggling about, but rather the substance.
