Counseling process at Gautam Buddha University includes :

Candidate is advised to read the following instructions before reporting for Counsseling :

A payment of Rs. 10,000/- towards the registration fee (Non-refundable) can be paid online OR through Demand
Draft drawn in favour of Chairman, Admissions, Gautam Buddha University payable at Delhi, Noida &
Greater Noida from any nationalised bank. A candidate without required Registration Fees will not be allowed
to take part in counseling process.
Physical presence of the candidate is mandatory for document verification. He/She is required to bring
the admit card and other relevant documents in original , e.g., Certificates and Mark-sheets of X, XII,
Graduation, Migration/Transfer certificate, Caste certificate for SC/ST or OBC or Domicile Certificate,
Income Certificate and any other relevant document, as applicable, for verification purposes along with
a set of self attested copies of the said documents.
A candidate is advised to report on time at the given venue, failing which, his/her merit position will be
cancelled and no further request or communication will be entertained. The University shall not be responsible
for any casualty on the part of the candidate regarding the non-access of the communication from the website
(http://www.gbu.ac.in) .
The University follows the reservation policy of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and Gautam Buddha
University.
 This Letter does not provide guarantee or the confirmation for admission at Gautam Buddha University. The
University reserves the right to cancel/withdr aw any letter or communication due to any in-adverten t error on
his/her part.
If the candidate does not deposit Full Fee on the prescribed date as mentioned in his/her provisional admission
letter, his/her provisional admission will be treated as cancelled and his/her seat will be given to the lower
ranked candidate. No further communication will be entertained in this regard.
