By removing the ability, you can't really get a better understanding of how to describe the questions
better or to draw them

We had problems knowing how to communicate well enough without hints or clues.

I felt that sharing my opinion on what to put in the basket, was a leadership element that came to
me.
Knowing whether the ideas I was sharing could possibly impact us negatively. Also being the leader I
wanted to try and take control, but I had to give others a chance.
