Young Generation and The Deliquency

Alhamdulillah, thanks God who gives us blessing for running life as what we
have now.
Salam and shalawat to our prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, family,
companions and his ummah until The Day After.

Ladies and gentlemen, my brothers and sisters in Islam!

As we know and realize, today is so much going on so-called jouvenile
deliquency. Various negative or deviants acts commited by teenagers seem to be
considered as common things, and some even consider it as an honour. They say, it
shows a symbol of courage. This is dangerous and it is an alarm for us to be aware of its
bad impact.
This is a social problem that is infecting our youth today. The causes of this
problem can be various. In some cases, it is due to the way parents educate them.
Probably, parents are busy with their work and they do not have an ample time to be
together with them. In some other cases, this youth problem happens due to the
incorrect choice of friends or environment or milieu. This act makes them falling in the
wrong crowd like gangsters and drug users. Naudzubillah.

My beloved brothers and sisters in Islam!

There are countless number of different kinds of deviant behaviour done by
teenager. Two of them are cigarette and drugs addiction. As teens like us, begin to
recognize cigarettes and drugs, it a warning bell for our future life. Once we come to
taste them, you would be hard to get away from those stuff. Despite that it is only a try,
it would make sense for us to become addicted. If it happens, once again I assert here
that it would be so hard to stop or quit from the dependence.

So, my brothers and sisters in Islam!

Lets stay away from these deviant behaviour. It is self-inflicted. We have to use
our teenage phase with positive things which are beneficial for ourselves, parents,
environment, and the nation.
Lets start now. Never blame parents, friends, or the mileu where we live in. We
must be able to decide what life style that we are going to run. As moslem, of course, we
have to be able to be under the quranic umbrella and the Sunnah of the prophet. We
have to keep ourselves from the bad things and step foward to reach the next big dream.
It is; being muttaqin young man beside Allah SWT! Like Allah show us in His verse:
