Experience Team Charge for Critical Care Ground Transport Team, UCH Lifeline Transport

September 2013-present

My responsibilities include auditing documentation of transport charts,

monitoring and providing needed education of team members, and
organizing new hire orientation. I collect data for our monthly dashboard
review to ensure CAMTS compliance. I am a member of the Quality
Improvement and Safety Committee for UCH Lifeline Transport.

Critical Care Transport Nurse

My responsibilities include performing interfacility transports of critically ill or

injured patients. I have been trained to perform the following advanced skills:

Intubation Cricothyrotomy Chest needle decompression Chest tube

insertion IO insertion EJ insertion Pericardiocentesis

I have also been trained to care for patients who have LVADS and patients
who are on IntraAortic Balloon Pumps and Impella CP devices.

and perform chart audits for the Emergency Department.
