Madam;

I am writing this letter as an explanation for not being able to log-in in the DTR for the last week
since I got back from my leave. Upon getting back on duty I was swamped with various task that
were left pending during the time I was on leave. In lieu of this, I was out of the office most of
the time because I am processing transactions in line of my job for the company thus was not
able to tend to fix my DTR logins. Furthermore, I have informed beforehand that I was scheduled
with special exams in the morning from May 11 to May 15 in my Law School classes since I was
not able to take the final exams for I was in Cavite. I was on leave due my partners pregnancy in
which it took me a while to return due to her labor complications causing the child to immediately
be admitted after labor.
I have duly compensated the work hours for my late log-ins for extending the appropriate hours
needed to be on full shift. Attached herewith is the approved letter for my leave.
I cannot thank you enough for the opportunities this company has provided me. Ive already
become attached and enthusiastic to the job and would want to always keep the companys
interest in mind.
