Planned extensive Air Force Rodeo competition for T-1 aircraft at McChord AFB;
organized entire T-1 effort including flight mission planning, personnel, competition
judgment criteria, and logistics

Third-in-command of squadron, responsible for training and developing instructor
pilots by providing ground and flight training; trained approx.180 pilots over 3 years;
judged as #1/14 Majors in squadron and #2/20 Asst Ops Officers in Ops Group among
4 squadrons; received rare recognition by commander as "Master Instructor"

Developed weekly mentorship program enabling senior squadron instructors to

contribute weekly mentorship articles educating inexperienced instructor pilots

Developed on-boarding training program for new instructor pilots, ensuring adequate
training for Laughlin AFB-area pilots. Taught new instructors local-area procedures
and ensured preparation for flying with students
