2. Hack out and remove the concrete until found the solid bonding of reinforcement position (no movement occur between rebar and concrete). Choose a proper method and tools to minimize damages to the precast component. 3. Clean up the surface from dust, debris, loose concrete and any foreign material using air blow or wash with clean water. Remove any ponding water and ensure surface are dry clean. 4. Apply bonding agent to the repair area. 5. Recast the defective portion with using equivalent concrete grade or patch up using epoxy, non-shrink grout or other approved equivalent material. 6. Mixing of repair material shall according to manufacturer recommendation. 7. Protect the repair area from any disturbance until it hardened. 8. Perform the final finishing as per requirement.
