Peach strawberry tart

Ingredients:
400 grams of flour
100 grams of sugar
Strawberries
Peaches
4 egg yolks
Custard cream and milk
Unflavored gelatin
125 grams of margarine
Preparation:
For the dough:
Pour the flour in a bowl with the yolks, sugar and
margarine and mix until a dough.
Put the dough in a mold and cook for 15 or 20 minutes.
For the cream: pour te cream and milk in a bowl and mix.
Once ready the dough apply the cream and decorate to
taste
