Kyle Swanson is an enthusiastic and dedicated professional looking to begin his career and excel in the
field of geosciences and conservation. He completed his undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies
at Wilfrid Laurier University and a post-graduate diploma in GIS-Geospatial Management from Niagara
College. He is currently pursuing a designation as a Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) within the
Association of Professional Geoscientists, specifically in geomorphology and GIS. He gathered experience
conducting field work, data entry, collecting water samples, channel cross-sections, geomorphic surveys,
and protocols under the Canadian Aquatic Biomonitoring Network (CABIN). This is where he also learned
to create effective presentations and reports from collected and analyzed information, specifically in the
field of Environmental Sciences and Geography.
