As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of
Education of Independent School District No. 21., Stephens County, Oklahoma will hold a Regular Board
Meeting on Monday, July 31, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room, Administration Office Building,
Empire Public Schools 276803 E 1760 Road, Duncan, Oklahoma.

building child nutrition, building, all bond funds and sinking funds and also to serve as district
custodian of the activity fund for 2017-2018.
8. Consideration and action to approve renewal of contract with Greenwood Computers for
computer maintenance/support for 2017-2018.
9. Consideration and action to approve Mentoring Committee for district for 2017-2018.

10. Consideration and action to approve contract with Oklahoma Department of Career and
Technology Education for 2017-2018.
11. Consideration and action to approve Math & Science Courses with Red River Technology for 11 th
& 12th grade students for 2017-2018.
12. Consideration and action to approve bid for dairy products from Hiland Dairy for child nutrition
for 2017-2018.
13. Consideration and action to update district Child Nutrition Lunch Payment Policy.

14. Consideration and action to approve District Student Handbook for 2017-2018.

15. Consideration and action to approve contract with Newberry Pharmacy for random student and
bus driver substance testing for 2017-2018.
16. Consideration and action to approve contract with South Central Oklahoma On-Line Consortium
for on-line coursework for students for 2017-2018.

17. Consideration and action to approve contract with OKTLE for teacher evaluations for 2017-
2018.
18. Consideration and action to approve contract with Heart to Heart for speech therapy for 2017-

19. Consideration and action to approve contract with Beth Dempsey for physical therapy for 2017-
