Organization is important in order for management to control, direct, motivate and coordinate.

Management is the act of getting people together to accomplish desired goals and objectives
using available resources efficiently and effectively through planning, organizing, staffing ,
leading, or directing and controlling an organization or effort for the purpose of accomplishing a
goal. It includes the activities of setting the strategy of an organization and coordinating the
efforts of available resources such as financial, natural, technological and human resources.
Good management helps in achieving group goals it arranges the factors of production,
assembles and organizes the resources, integrates the resources in effective manner to achieve

Since we are just about to build up a small type of business, we decided that the form of our
business will be a sole proprietorship. Sole proprietorship is an entity that is owned and run by
one individual and in which there in on legal distinction between the owner and the business.
The formation is simple and easy to managed and less complicated than other form of business
organization.

organization. It also represent the relationship of its members of the organization and its
position such as how the firm intends authority, responsibility and information to the flow

present a picture that represents structural authority of organization and by this it provide
guidance and clarity on the human resources issues. By this it divides the function to make

HIRING PROCEDURE

Hiring procedure is the process of identifying and selecting suitable applicants for a specific job
and responsible in the organization and when he/she fits the requirements he/she becomes
