COACHING CONVERSATION TIP SHEET

DIRECTIVE APPROACH
Coachs Focus
Objective To redirect a client who has developed a fixed mindset.
Responsibility To push, nudge, and direct the client into a learning experience using
intentionality, reflective questioning and honoring the autonomy of the
learner. Coaching conversations may be challenging and are always guided
by patience and compassion to rebuild belief systems.

Approaches
