Year Level: Year 4 Focus Text Type: Informative Multimodal

Assessment Description:

Students create an informative report on an animal, this is from their choosing of 2 that are presented. Students research the
subject by any multimodal means and record their information and explanations regarding the chosen animal, using meta
language, images and diagrams that accompany the written text. The information is then created into a booklet to be
presented to the class.
